Whether you choose a fabulous fabric or luxurious leather sofa, you can rest assured that by purchasing this 6 Year Warranty Protection Plan you are covered, when an accident does spoil the appearance of your furniture.
Stain removal and repairs will be taken care of at no extra cost to you.
Benefits of Furniture Protection.
6 years peace of mind. Protect6 is here to cover the cost of restoring your furniture when you encounter the following types of damage:
Accidental Staining. Food and drinks (e.g. coffee, wine, curry), cosmetics, makeup or tanning products, bodily fluids (human or pet), ink, paint, glue, dye transfer, wax and wax polish.
Accidental Damage – e.g. rips, tears, burns, scuffs or scartches, pet damage (e.g. scratches, bites, soiling), dents chips or broken glass/mirrors.
Structural Defects – (after manufacturers warranty, typically 1 year) e.g. broken or warped frames, faulty recliners or mechanisms including electrical components, seam separation, peeling leather, or faulty zip/buttons, loss of resiliency on foam and fibre cushions.
Warranty Limitations – e.g. damage before delivery or from commercial use, damage from fire, flood or infestation, general wear and tear or fading, misuse, neglect or unapproved cleaning products.
Your 6 Year Protection begins on the date your furniture is delivered and subject to the terms and conditions will continue for 6 years.
How It Works. Accidents happen, a spill, scratch or a defect occurs. Report within 21 days at staingard.co.uk or email claims@staingard.co.uk.
We Assess – our team evaluates your request and we will offer you support, such as cleaning, repair or a credit note to spend on new furniture.
