In 1924, Frans Mattson opened the Mattsons Madrassfabrik, which specialised in the production of high-quality beds and mattresses. The company quickly gained a reputation for delivering the finest and most comfortable beds and mattresses in Sweden.

Here at Julian Foye, we are proud to bring you Mattsons Beds. Every Mattsons bed is handmade in Falkenberg, Sweden, using only the best materials, delivering genuine, long lasting quaity. The company was founded by Isak Mattson in 1851, who set up a sawmill on his family estate in Malmbäck Småland. Soon thereafter, his son Karl started to show interest in the business and got more and more involved. The demand for great quality wood was strong in the area, and the company grew quickly as Isak expanded his business and continuously hired more skilled labourers.
They use different materials including Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Organic Cotton, Tokowool, fine spun horse hair, coconut coir fibre and slow grown pine wood. Mattsons Beds use only the finest natural materials, ensuring dedication to providing everyone with the best possible sleep experience.
