Delivery will be within 30 days (unless specified by you, the consumer).
Your 14-day cancellation window will start the day after you receive the physical item.
Once you notify us that you want to cancel, you have 14 days to ship the item back in it’s original condition.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the condition of the returned goods.
