6 years peace of mind. Protect6 is here to cover the cost of restoring your furniture when you encounter the following types of damage:
Accidental Staining – Food and drinks (e.g. coffee, wine, curry), cosmetics, makeup or tanning products, bodily fluids (human or pet), ink, paint, glue, dye transfer, wax and wax polish.
Accidental Damage – e.g. rips, tears, burns, scuffs or scartches, pet damage (e.g. scratches, bites, soiling), dents chips or broken glass/mirrors.
Structural Defects – (after manufacturers warranty, typically 1 year) e.g. broken or warped frames, faulty recliners or mechanisms including electrical components, seam separation, peeling leather, or faulty zip/buttons, loss of resiliency on foam and fibre cushions.
Warranty Limitations – e.g. damage before delivery or from commercial use, damage from fire, flood or infestation, general wear and tear or fading, misuse, neglect or unapproved cleaning products.
Your 6 Year Protection begins on the date your furniture is delivered and subject to the terms and conditions will continue for 6 years.
How It Works – Accidents happen, a spill, scratch or a defect occurs. Report within 21 days at staingard.co.uk or email claims@staingard.co.uk.
We Assess – our team evaluates your request and we will offer you support, such as cleaning, repair or a credit note to spend on new furniture.
