Francis is subtle lightness, combined with sophisticated functionality. Beautifully shaped cushions with a comfortable seat width rest on a simple plateau covered with selected upholstery material. The functional armrest and two-way adjustable backrest provide exceptional comfort. This shapely sofa seems to float but rests on elegantly curved runners which lend an unusual floor clearance and a surprising perspective. At the same time, FRANCIS is individualist while being a team player, is completely mobile and also looks great in the middle of the room.
Backrest and head support: both can be adjusted separately from each other with fine catch mechanisms • armrests: they can be adjusted in tiny little steps which do not change the harmonious design, they just change the degree of the seating and reclining comfort • very casual upholstery with an extremely smooth and pillowy surface and distinct undulations, or a more casual and supple upholstery with a smooth surface and typical undulations.
