Trafalgar

Trafalgar is one of the designs within the Duresta upholstery collection which is licensed by the National Trust. These sofa designs are the result of close study by Duresta upholstery designers of original pieces of furniture found in the National Trust’s collection. Julian Foye is the Duresta main stockist for Cornwall, with displays at Truro and St Austell.

Sofas and chairs are not merely functional objects for seating. They also play an important part in establishing the character of the room they are set in. Although Duresta designs naturally respond to changing tastes, at the heart of each lies Classic English Style, which throughout the world is generally considered to have a flavour of understatement, subtlety and fine proportion.

Opulent Duresta fabrics are combined with a superb specification, featuring coil springing for lasting comfort. There is a choice of feather or high resilience polyester fillings for the cushions.

A companion range of Horatio and Hornblower sofas offers alternative sizes in the same style. There is a choice of stools.
