Berwick can also be chosen as a riser recliner. A motorised riser recliner can take you from sitting to standing, simply and safely. If you need this assistance, we do not have to charge you VAT.

Using the five-button handset, the sophisticated Dual Motor mechanism enables you to control the backrest and footrest independently to reach the exact position you want including a near-horizontal full sleeping position. Using the convenient fifth button you can easily return both the backrest and the footrest to the sitting position. Maximum recommended weight 159 kg (25 stones).

Guardian G-Nine fabric protection can protect your new sofa against spills and reduce everyday soiling. Professionally applied before delivery, G-Nine penetrates deep into each fibre but will not alter colour or texture. The G-Nine five year service programme is well worth the small extra cost, to protect your new sofa.

Day to day care of leather furniture: we recommend that you wipe gently with a moist cloth, then buff with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excessive wetting or rubbing. Frequent cleaning is needed where hands, bare arms or heads rest against the hide. Two or three times a year, use Leathermaster Cleaner and Protector, available from Julian Foye.
